This 100W foldable solar panel  is a portable and folding charging board using solar power, including the following main functions: solar power generation, 20V DC charging port, and 5V USB power supply.

How to Use ?

The foldout solar panel, equipped with a DC output charger, is capable of directly charging the device. It can be used in combination with a solar home system, charging the solar home system during the day and utilizing illumination or charging a mobile or a laptop at night. It addresses the hiking, camping, and electricity needs for a 24-hour power supply. 

The folding solar panel produces energy from sunlight and has a foldable, compact design for easy carrying. It fits inside a trunk, a recreational vehicle, or can be hand-carried. When needed, open the panel for efficient charging; when not in use, simply fold and store it for convenience.

The foldout solar panel is compatible with our solar lamp and solar home system; the flexible DIY system can be expanded to more scenarios:

Outdoor work / Field work: Solar-powered water pumps, irrigation systems, insect-killing lamps;
Emergency rescue / Post-disaster reconstruction: Power supply after typhoons/earthquakes/floods;

    The MOQ is generally as low as 500-1000pcs. It depends on the complexity of the customization.

2. What does your customization service entail? 

    We accept OEM, ODM(Original Design Manufacturing), and product tailoring as the main components for customization.

    The package includes product design, housing material/colors, privite logo printing, custom packaging, specification, and the functional feature.

4. What is your lead time for production?

   Time to delivery varies with quantity and degree of customization. In general, 35-45 days are required for mass production after sample confirmation.

5. Would you be able to send us a free sample?

   Definitely, a free sample can be arranged for you if we have it in stock, alternative the front sample fee to be paid, the cost can be return after place official order. It base  on  the different model. The shipping cost needs to be borne by you. We wish that this arrangement meets your approval.

6. Can we assign our QC inspector to your factory?

   Of course. We are very supportive of third-party quality inspections and open to them.

   We consider that it facilitates confidence and quality assurance. You may engage the services of SGS, BV, etc., or use your own QC representatives.

7. What is your Qanlity Control(QC) process?

   We have a complete end-to-end Quality Control System in place to ensure all products fulfill your requirements:

● Incoming Quality Control(IQC): All raw materials received are inspected by us.

● In-Process Quality Control(IPQC): During assembly, the production is constantly monitored by us.

● Final Quality Control(FQC): Before loading, random inspection is done on the finished products by our staff.

8. What shipping methods are available?

    We are capable of providing shipping services worldwide through a group of trusted carriers. Based on your order quantity, budget, and time frame, we may dispatch the  goods via cheap Sea Freight (for large FCL/LCL orders), which is slower, or Air.
