Our manufacturing workshop  includes : two SMT lines,  one DIP line, six assembling lines.

1. Surface Mount Technology Line

• With two SMT lines the monthly production capacity of 90million points, we support flexible customization scalability: start with a small custom batch (e.g., 500 units) on one line, and seamlessly scale up to larger  tailored runs by utilizing both lines—no disruption to your design iterations or delivery timelines.

2. Double In-line Package

E-CALLING's own in-house DIP line enables seamless integration with the SMT workflow, slashing lead times and maximizing production efficiency for your electronic projects.

3. Assembling Line

• The 6 specialized lines support seamless switching between mass production and custom orders: we can produce 20,000+ standard units monthly while allocating 1-2 dedicated lines for small-batch customization (MOQ as low as 500 units) or prototype development.
