1. What‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ is your Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) for custom orders?

The MOQ is generally as low as 500-1000pcs. It depends on the complexity of the customization.

We work on different terms with you and can talk about the option for a startup business.

2. What does your customization service entail?

We accept OEM, ODM, and product tailoring as the main components for customization.

3. What is your lead time for production?

Time to delivery varies with quantity and degree of customization. In general, 35-45 days are required for mass production after sample confirmation.

4. Would you be able to send us a free sample?

Usually, we will refund the sample cost when the first batch order placed by the customer.

5. Can we assign our QC inspector to your factory?

Of course. We are very supportive of third-party quality inspections and open to them.

We consider that it facilitates confidence and quality assurance. You may engage the services of SGS, BV, etc., or use your own QC representatives.

6. What shipping methods are available?

Freight way can be used  based on  priority need, or courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS can be used for the most urgent ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌needs.
